my story
I thrive when I am helping professionals grow. Over my 20 years of experience as a coach and facilitator, I am at my best when I am supporting career development and tangible actions plans of those I work with. I am format agnostic in that I enjoy in person or virtual, larger groups or small. In additional to presentation and communication skills, I also bring expertise as a leadership coach, career consultant, and work performance consultant.
EDUCATION
- BS in Psychology from San Diego State University
- Masters of Arts in Psychology and Theater, with an emphasis in Organization from San Diego State University

Tell a story about something that makes you laugh.
At Marymoor dog park in the Seattle area there was a Corgi and a Great Dane romping together through the field and in the stream. Their size difference made me laugh plus they were having so much fun together.
What is your hidden talent?
Identifying mystery ingredients in food.

Cookies! My theme song is “C is for Cookie” sung by none other than Cookie Monster.
