my story

By combining my passion for personal development and communication with my education in organizational psychology, I bring clarity, precision and enthusiasm to my role as 2Connect’s Learning and Development Specialist. Think of me as an experienced navigator steering clients towards one of our uniquely crafted programs so that they get the most out of their training experience. During my tenure as a consultant at FMG Leading, I learned to distill complex information into relevant stories so that data was accessible to clients, a skill that has served me well as I successfully coach 2Connect’s clients to craft their own messages.

EDUCATION

Favorite city your work with 2Connect has taken you?

Is it fair to say San Diego, even though that’s where I am based? I love where I live and always find it a special experience to get to train or help support a workshop in San Diego.

Tell a story about something that makes you laugh.

I am a big fan of Christmas romantic comedies. Even though the plot seems obvious, and they are overly cheesy, they always seem to make me laugh.

What is your favorite food?

Tacos – because there are so many combinations you can make with them, the possibilities are endless. In fact, there are so many options that choosing it as a favorite food feels like a loophole…but I’m sticking with it!

If you weren’t a training professional, what would you be?

I’d be a dog whisperer. This would include having a house with a lot of land where I’d have my own pack of dogs I’ve rescued. I’d offer obedience classes and agility training to the surrounding community (okay, so I guess you can’t take the Trainer out of me, can you?)
