my story
Whether I am working in a small early-stage company or a fortune 500 organization, I feel at home. My experience of working internally in organizations like Roche Diagnostics, leading Human Resources and Organizational Learning and Development initiatives, along with my external consulting experience allows me to understand our participants day-to-day experiences and how best to support them. I bring to every engagement over 20 years of experience in training and coaching on topics including leadership management, communication skills, influencing others, and customer service.

Tell a story about something that makes you laugh.
Actually, everything makes me laugh! When I am together with old college friends I laugh hysterically until tears run down my face about old stories from college including one about a friend who was using a bike on rollers and fell off into the bushes – you had to be there!
What is your hidden talent?
Parallel parking as honed by growing up in Chicago.
What is your favorite food?
Almond croissants from a very specific bakery in a small town in Northern Michigan.
If you weren’t a training professional, what would you be?
If I wasn’t a trainer, I’d own a small, independent book store.
