my story
I am fortunate to say that I have loved my career. Privileged to work in the Healthcare industry, I focused my efforts on selling, training and leading to help ensure the right patients have access to the right medicines at the right time. Matching needs and gaps that are known or not yet realized is essential to helping others get the best solutions for their situation. Working for companies such as Sanofi (formerly Marion Laboratories), Elan and Genentech, I was entrusted to lead sales teams, training and leadership development organizations and marketing efforts. These functional responsibilities, experiences and my passion for helping others be the best they can be has been a professional and a personal gift. I never take the opportunity of investing my knowledge and learnings with others lightly. For me, it is a way to give back and help others succeed in a field I’ve been passionate about for decades.

If YOU WEREN'T A TRAINING PROFESSIONAL, WHAT WOULD YOU BE?
A Host or News Anchor where I could have had a front row seat to local and world events.
Tell a story about something that makes you laugh.
It makes me laugh to look back early in my career and think I had it all figured out. I thought I could sell anything — even telling a room full of salespeople that sharing a room at a National Meeting would be more fun than having their own. We laughed about it after, and I realized it wasn’t the right solution for this audience!
What is your hidden talent?
Finding the best restaurants in any city!
What is your favorite food?
I really love it all (except mushrooms, peas and salmon), but if I had one meal left it would need to include a Lobster from my hometown of Boston!
