my story
Each coaching engagement or training session requires coordination and planning to run efficiently, which is where I step in to help as the Manager of Training and Coaching. My previous experience as a program manager in the healthcare field has provided me with the skills needed to help manage projects effectively while ensuring the client is always at the forefront. I understand the importance of accuracy and clarity in our work and strive to provide a seamless experience for our clients.
EDUCATION
- BS in Health Management from the University of Connecticut
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE FOOD?
Anything involving carbs (pizza, pasta, bagels – you name it!)
Tell a story about something that makes you laugh.
Because my name is so common, I am constantly mistaken for other Emily Johnsons. I was even given the wrong school pictures in elementary school due to the name mix-up. It’s a blessing and a curse.
What is your hidden talent?
Planning trips/vacations. A spreadsheet is usually involved.
If you weren’t a training professional, what would you be?
A scuba instructor or outdoor adventure guide. I first tried scuba diving in Australia a few years ago and have been hoping to explore somewhere new.
